For more than 25 years, I've worked in and alongside nonprofits and grantmakers in roles spanning board leadership, programs, strategy, fundraising, and operations — driven by a deep belief that this sector is one of the most powerful forces for good in this world. 

My experience has taken me from large, complex institutions to small teams where everyone wears every hat. I bring a clear understanding of what it actually takes to build capacity, raise money, and get things done. I bring that knowledge to every partnership, along with a genuine passion for problem solving and strategies that are practical, tailored, and ready to put to work.
